In a converted warehouse outside Zagreb, Mate Rimac is building two future cars at once — and a parts business that quietly underpins half of the European supercar industry. We met him to talk about the 1,914 horsepower Nevera, the upcoming Bugatti Tourbillon, and the lineage that began with a hacked-up BMW E30.
His answer to the question "is electric the end of feel?" is more interesting than the question.
